He has held various roles providing his expertise in start-up to mature organizations. He has provided financial and tax services in his roles to provide insights into corporate structure and economic viability of business ventures. 

As Business Analyst, Fred helps conduct due diligence on new opportunities, research market trends and develop financial models to provide guidance on deal structure and investment decision making. His proven ability to provide detailed financial analysis and effective communication with stakeholders has positioned him to contribute to the company’s mission.

 Fred holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business from Baker University.
