Candace comes from a farming family and was a USDA-ARS postdoctoral fellow in Columbia, MO, before joining TechAccel. Candace received a Ph.D. in Molecular & Environmental Plant Sciences from Texas A&M University.
Bert Berla, Ph.D., Senior Scientist, RNAissance Ag Bert has been using plant science to build a more sustainable future for nearly the last 20 years. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Illinois and he received a Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental, and Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Emily Aston, DVM, Ph.D., Science Advancement Manager, TechAccel
Emily was trained as a poultry veterinarian and has expertise in virology, immunology, vaccines, and poultry management. She obtained her veterinary degree from Cornell University and her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, and she was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, Davis.
